Transparent Matrix Mesh ESD Gel Box Is Used To Store Various

Hiner-pack supplies uses such sticky gel carrier boxes to store and
ship our high value crystals and substrates.
Sticky gel carrier boxes are designed to transport, protect and
store delicate samples, parts and devices. Comparable to gel-pak
boxes, these high quality sticky gel carrier boxes have a layer of
silicone based cross-linked gel in the base of the box. The samples
can be secured even if the box is tilted, jarred, or turned upside
down. The samples can be easily removed from the gel surface using
tweezers. The retention level depends on the smoothness and weight
of the sample surface. The hinged boxes include a printed grid for
easy sample location, a black base and a clear lid. The clear lid
is convenient for sample checking without opening box. It is widely
used for silicon substrate chips, semiconductor devices, MEMS,
optoelectronics, optics, single crystal and glass substrates, etc.
What makes ESD safe?
A plastic static-dissipative material causes that spark to flow
slower, emitting a lower energy to the ground to prevent discharge
and possible damage to any sensitive items. This makes them the
ideal ESd material for objects that experience frequent human
contact.

shipment for you, but EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment
